• Your Coffee Creamer of Choice Matter

We love our coffee! We are obsessed with our coffee! The HuffPost collected some amusing numbers about how dedicated we are to coffee. Among those numbers is that "72% of coffee drinkers take their coffee with dairy or non-dairy creamer." And if you are interested in weight loss, it might startle you to know that "55% of coffee drinkers would rather gain 10 pounds than give up coffee for life."

But what if you could have the jolt of coffee, delicious creamer, and weight loss? You would need a sugar-free coffee creamer that supports weight loss as a healthy alternative and delivers that luxurious creamy taste that you crave.

    Sugar Free Coffee Creamer

It is imperative to read the ingredient list even if it says, "sugar free coffee creamer". Many highly advertised brands -according to their own nutrition labels- contain undesirable ingredients such as corn syrup, sodium, vegetable oil, and carrageenan. "Coffee creamers are full of sugar, unhealthy fats, fillers, thickeners, and emulsifiers," says nutritionist Adrienne Dowd of Parlsey Health. Those are the coffee creamers that will add 10 or 15 pounds every year when you want to keep weight off. Keep in mind that when you do read the ingredient list that is for just one tablespoon in a small cup of coffee. How many tablespoons do you put in your 16 oz. travel mug?

Coffee alone has a lot of health benefits. One of those benefits, according to a Harvard study found that drinking coffee enhances weight loss. Those benefits are great but unfortunately, many of the 72% of coffee drinkers that use creamer don't think much about what they add to their drink. Your creamer of choice matters, especially in terms of daily calories, sugar consumption, and fats. For instance, are you aware that fat-free half-and-half has twice as much sugar as regular half-and-half? And those other nearly unidentifiable ingredients mess with hormones and destroy your good gut bacteria. What you really want is a healthy coffee creamer.

A Healthy Sugar Free Coffee Creamer includes the following ingredients:

    • Natural Coconut Oil

    • Functional Supplements

    • Lactose-Free

    • Sugar-Free

    • NO Artificial JUNK

Natural Coconut oil is at the top of the list for very good reasons. It has the incredible ability to prevent fat accumulation, stimulate metabolism, and curb hunger. In his book, The Coconut Oil Miracle, certified nutritionist and naturopathic physician Bruce Fife describes how coconut oil is a medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) that your digestive system uses more efficiently as an energy source than glucose (sugar). The result is a metabolism boost to key parts of your body that includes belly fat. Reducing belly fat is another health benefit as it can cause heart problems.

A higher metabolism also leads to burning more calories per day (including while at rest). The MCTs in coconut oil have been shown to boost the metabolism for long periods of time - up to 24 hours. Coconut oil has also been found to satiate hunger for longer periods of time, especially compared to sugary ingredients. High metabolism combined with less hunger is a powerful combination for weight loss.

Many research studies have been conducted about weight loss related to the MCT content of coconut oil. In general, research finds that including MCT oil as part of a weight-loss program leads to greater body fat reduction. It also shows improved fat oxidation (burning) with MCT oil supplementation. In many studies, the reduction in waist size was significant enough to be prominently mentioned.

For all the coffee drinkers out there who want a trusted sugar-free coffee creamer - the one with natural coconut oil is the healthy boost that your metabolism needs every morning.

  • Roasted Coffee Stimulates All Human Senses

    roasted coffee

"Talk to me after I've had my first cup of coffee." Everyone knows someone like that and maybe you are one of them. Coffee has been a popular beverage for centuries, and it has never been more a part of the culture than it is today. Industries (and fortunes) have been built around the concept of people wanting a soothing cup of it.

People are depicted drinking coffee in movies, on television, and in any aspect of human life from any period for the last hundreds of years. Consumers will visit establishments known for coffee, and if satisfied, will always come back for more.

A decent cup of coffee can be found in any corner diner or shop. But the richest, smoothest ones are produced from an industrial grade air coffee roaster.

All 5 Senses Stimulated with Fresh Roasted Coffee

A satisfying cup of it is not just a morning pick-up or post-meal beverage. A cup of finest quality roasted coffee should stimulate all five senses and provide an unique experience that is unmatched from non-industrial grade roasters.

    1. TASTE: Whole coffee beans roasted on a fluid roaster bed are kept in constant motion throughout the roasting process to heat more gradually and evenly. The result is the smoothest, most delicious coffee you can find.

    2. SMELL: Just the smell of roasted beans can take one back in time and provide an instant sense of comfort and security. The combination of quality green beans from around the world and a technically advanced coffee-making process, produces an aroma that foretell the rich, smooth flavor that is to come.

    3. SIGHT: Roasted beans provide a perfectly balanced cup of coffee. The steam rising off of a freshly roasted cup is a welcome sight for even the most casual coffee drinker.

    4. HEARING: There is nothing quite the same as the sound of freshly roasted coffee-making its final approach into the pot. The only sound that will be nicer to hear is from people saying how much they enjoyed it when they ask for another cup.

    5. TOUCH: The final sense, touch, is a bit of an addition by subtraction in this context. Today's technological age has created the most advanced and automated roasters that roast delicious coffee with the touch of a button. The roasting process produces the best-tasting coffee that will ever touch your lips.

  • Coffee Recipes That Will Amaze Your Family And Friends

Coffee is undoubtedly one of the world's best-loved beverages and something that can be the subject of serious debate and disagreement. In order to determine what constitutes your perfect cup of coffee, a bit of knowledge and education is key. Apply the tips and information contained below, and you will have what it takes to become a coffee aficionado.

Make sure to store your coffee inside a container that's airtight. When overexposed to air, the beans will become stale and make your coffee taste bad. Don't use the square bags that feature one-way valves, as the seal is going to break. Their reason for being is to allow air to escape after the beans have been roasted.

Try adding spices to your coffee grounds to create your own "artisan" flavors. Think about things you would add to chocolate if you are having trouble deciding what to try. Start with simple things like cinnamon and nutmeg. You can also do things like adding a little vanilla abstract to your cup to enrich the flavor of your coffee.

Though freezing items can allow them to last longer, remember that coffee stored in the freezer ought to be left there for no longer than 90 days. Coffee frozen longer than that will start suffering in quality.

To save money by buying bulk coffee

without sacrificing flavor, measure out what you plan to use immediately and store it at room temperature. Coffee tastes best when it is brewed from room temperature grounds. Coffee you plan to use within the next week can go in the refrigerator, and the remaining beans or grounds should go in the freezer.

To add excitement to your daily cup of coffee or impress dinner guests, learn how to decorate your lattes. Carefully poured milk is all it takes to make an attractive swirl design while more proficient pourers may choose to add chocolate for a more flavorful decoration. When it comes to the more elaborate designs, practice makes perfect!

Do not freeze all of your coffee in one large container. This is a good way for your coffee to become spoiled easily. Every time you thaw out coffee, it will have some moisture in it. Refreezing it constantly will kill the quality. Use small storage bags to freeze it in batches.

Rinse off your coffee filter before placing it inside of the coffee maker. The coffee filters may have fibers or plastic on them when you take them out of the plastic packaging. If you leave these items on the filter, they will end up in your coffee when it brews.

Just because you are drinking a dark roast coffee does not mean your coffee has more caffeine in it. This is just the way the beans were prepared, not how much caffeine is in them. If your coffee has the term Robusta on it's packaging, it usually has twice the amount of caffeine as standard Arabica coffee.
